بدأت تمكين عام 2004 في دمشق، من بين قلّة من المكاتب الاستشارية التي قدّمت خدمات إدارة الجودة والتدريب والإدارة في سوق كان من أسرع أسواق المنطقة نموًّا. Tamkine began in Damascus in 2004, one of the few consulting offices then offering quality management, training and management services in one of the region's fastest-growing markets.

تنظّم المجموعة عملها على محورين معًا: القطاعات التي نخدمها، والتخصصات الفنية التي نتقنها. بذلك يجتمع لدى فرقنا العمق الفني والمعرفة الدقيقة بكل قطاع نقدّم فيه المشورة. The group is organized along two lines at once: the business sectors we serve and the technical disciplines we practise. Our teams therefore bring both technical depth and close knowledge of each sector we advise.
